Funeral for Travis Keeton, 74, of Hartselle was Thur., Oct. 22, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Paul Lombard officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial was in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.

Mr. Keeton died Mon., Oct. 19, 2015, at his residence. He was born Feb. 28, 1941, in Cullman County to Charles Palmer Keeton and Liley Mae Bailey Keeton. He was a Christian and a member of Bethel Baptist Church. He also attended the Church of God with his family for many years. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and served two years with one year being in Korea.

He is survived by his wife, Flossie H. Keeton of Hartselle; three daughters, Melissa K. Field of Rineyville, Ky., Cindy K. Morgan of Hartselle, Ky. and Kathy White of Chancelor; a brother, Louis Keeton of Cullman; a sister, Buna Burns of Cullman; five grandchildren, Alisha and Ashley Morgan and Cecilia, Travis and Chase Field.

Pallbearers were Kenneth Burks, Boone Hunter, Jeff Hanners, Greg Hanners, Bill Dixon and Tony Morgan.

Honorary pallbearers were Steve Burns, Craig Burns, Richard Burns, Allen Tapscott, Jackie Tapscott and Chuck Keeton,
