CRMC welcomes Shupe, to medical staff

Cullman Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is pleased to welcome David Shupe, DO to the Medical Staff.

A native of Kennesaw, Ga., Dr. Shupe received his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine in 2012 from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, Ga. after receiving his undergraduate degree in biology from The University of Georgia in 2007. Dr. Shupe completed his family medicine residency program at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, S.C. in June. While in residency, he trained at McLeod Family Medicine.

“Family is very important to me, and I’m excited to start raising my family in this community,” Shupe said. “I look forward to taking care of the families in this community.”

Shupe is married to Kate, and they have a 4 year old daughter named Nora, and are expecting another daughter in December. In his free time, he enjoys reading, hiking, camping, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.

Shupe is joining the practice of Cullman Primary Care Multi-Specialty Group. He is currently scheduling appointments for new patients.
