Shoal Creek Baptist Church recently ordained several people to ministry and deadon positions.

Cale Halloway was ordained to the Gospel Ministry. Halloway has been called to serve on staff at Global Youth Ministry in Georgia.

Barry Mouser and Stephen Taylor were ordained as deacons.

Justin Dozier was licensed to the Gospel Ministry.

Shoal Creek named Wayne Phillips Deacon Emeritus. Phillips was ordained as a deacon in 1971. Throughout his 44 years of deacon ministry, he has proved himself to be a faithful servant and witness of Jesus, he has lived by the Word of God and has led his family and the Shoal Creek congregation to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.
