Funeral for Sally “Neter” Ward Ray, 93, of Hartselle was Wed., June 3, at 2 p.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial was in Gum Springs Cemetery with Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Ray died Mon., June 1, 2015, at Falkville Health and Rehab. She was retired from Prestolite after many years of service. She is preceded in death by her parents, William Leldon and Nanny Odelene Ward; her son, Gary Ladon Ray; three sisters; and three brothers.

She is survived by two daughters, Noval Bommarito and Nesha Satterfield; a brother, Hack Ward; three sisters, Yvonne Russell, Jean Self and Brenda Sparks; four grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
