A memorial service for Chris Lee Hightower, 57, of Hartselle will be Fri., April 24, at 3 p.m. at Trinity Baptist Church with Bro. Richie Thompson officiating.

Mr. Hightower died Tues., April 21, 2015, at River City Center. He was born April 25, 1957, in Cook County, Ill., to Murray Allen Hightower and Eva Mae Cowan Hightower. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Stacey Hightower.

He is survived by his wife, Russelene K. Hightower of Hartselle; a son, Chris Lee Hightower, II, (Heather) of Hartselle; two daughters, Cloudy Buchanan, (Kavin) of Lacey’s Spring and Sandra Hightower, (Roy) of Hartselle; two brothers, Kenneth Hightower and Ricky Hightower, both of Hartselle; and two sisters, Sandra Russell and Penny Cottingham, both of Decatur.
