Funeral for Jenny “Odie” Aldridge, 51, of Birmingham was Wed., Feb. 18, at 2 p.m. at Andrews Chapel Independent Baptist Church with Bro. G.T. Robertson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery.

Ms. Aldridge died Mon., Feb. 16, 2015, at Birmingham Nursing Home and Rehab Center. She was born Aug. 23, 1963, in Morgan County to David Vernon Carr and Thelma Douise Asherbranner Carr. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers. Tommy and Gary Carr.

She is survived by three sons, Jack Morris of Tennessee, Wesley Aldridge of Decatur and Trevor Scott of Dodge City; a brother, Danny Carr of Tennessee; her grandmother, Irene Cutchens of Falkville; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Pallbearers were family and friends.
