Funeral for Ora Lee Brown, 91, of Danville will be Thur., Feb. 12, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Francis Proctor officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Thur. Feb.12, from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Brown died Mon., Feb. 9, 2015, at The Bridge Station in South Pittsburg, Tenn. She was born June 26, 1923, in Morgan County to Jessie Hill and Hattie Lou Stover Hill. She was a homemaker and a seamstress. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Brown; her parents; and two daughters, Barbara Gillespie and Dorothy Lee.

She is survived by a daughter, Wanda Faye Alexander (Farish) of Bridgeport; a son-in-law, Bobby Gillespie of Danville; a brother, Clayton Hill of Cullman; a sister, Audrey Owens of Danville; five grandchildren, Christopher Gillespie (Karen), Leila Hambrick (Ronnie), Sheila Moore (Lee), Jonathan Alexander (Shoyna) and Jeremy Alexander (Amber); 12 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.
