LETTER: Thanks for promoting Constitution Week

Dear Editor,

On behalf of the Stephens Chapter National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution we sincerely appreciate the participation and support of the Hartselle Enquirer during the two hundredth and twenty=seventh commemoration of Constitution Week. It is with your assistance that assists the DAR members to promote the commemoration of our Constitution of the United States each year since it was signed into law by Dwight Eisenhower in 1956.

We want to thank Hartselle Mayor Don Hall for signing the Proclamation declaring that Sept. 17-23 was Constitution Week in Hartselle. Along with Mayor Hall, the Hartselle Library allowed us space displaying patriotic items and a copy of the Constitution of the United States.

The Hartselle Radio station, WDAH.7  WQAH was very responsive to the DAR request for spot announcements to be given during this important week.

Thank you very much, City of Hartselle for your support.
