A Danville artist and a Huntsville photographer will be featured as Artists of the Month for September at Hartselle Fine Arts Center.

Displays of Marianne Hall’s woodblock prints and Elizabeth Seifried’s photographs are on display for public viewing.

Art Center hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

The artists will host a reception Sat., Sept. 13, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Seifried has 35 subjects displayed. She specializes in nature photography and has traveled worldwide to photograph many of her subjects.

She received a B.A. degree in art and English at Auburn University and earned an M.S., degree from UAB. She teaches art at three schools in the Huntsville City School System.

The works of both artists are available for purchase.
