Lord’s compassion never fails

Ever feel like you were on a seesaw with someone dangling you up in the air and any minute they were going to drop you crashing to the ground? Well, I have, but in Lamentations 3:23 we see that the Lord’s compassion never fails. His love is new every morning, great is thy faithfulness. This scripture reassures us that God’s love never ceases. Just remember when life comes crashing down around you and you feel alone, God is there. He will never leave you.

This must be the season for Iris’s. The colors are so deep and gorgeous. Their beauty is magnificent. I planted a candy apple red and I’m hoping it blooms this year.

Sunday, May 11, is Mother’s Day. I would like to tell my mom, Evelyn Motes, what an amazing woman she is, always putting her family first and meeting everyone else’s needs before her own. Know that I love you very much, your daughter Javon.
