Bailey to present ‘23’ exhibition at Judson

Judson College senior art major Katlin Bailey of Hartselle will present her senior exhibition at the college through today, Dec. 12.

The show, which began Dec. 4, is entitled “23” and is a “celebration of the birth of an artist and her work.”

Bailey has worked with many mediums throughout her artistic career, including print making, graphic and web design, drawing and photography.

She said her mind “finds patterns” and the work displays those patterns in a controlled form. She gets inspiration from nature, other artists and different cultures. Should you find yourself in the presence of the artist you will find yourself in an animated conversation about the process of making art.

Bailey is the daughter of Arvil and Selena Bailey of Hartselle and a 2008 graduate of Albert P. Brewer High School.
