Aquatic Center sells 1,700th season pass
The Hartselle Aquatic Center continues to set records in its first season of operation.
Hartselle Mayor Dwight Tankersley said the city sold its 1,700 season pass to a family from Huntsville on Monday.
As of June 30, the city pool also brought in $233,000 in revenue. That’s more than $100,000 more than the pool brought in all of last year.
The city pool will remain open daily until school goes back in session on Aug. 20. It is open, weather permitting, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1-6 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for children 6-12, $5 for children 5 and under and $8 for seniors 62 and older.
Season passes are $100 for individuals, $150 for a family of 2; $250 for a family of 4 and $50 for each additional family member.
