HHS engineering view school progress
The engineering classes at Hartselle High School visited the new high school construction site last week.
The students were given a guided tour by Jim Maynard, a representative of Martin & Cobey Construction Co.
During the visit, they were able to see the entire facility. Maynard and other members of the site management team,, described the engineering processes and decisions involved in the building construction.
The students expressed pleasure at being able to view the concrete and steel skeleton of the new school.
“We are the only students who will ever get to see this,” one of them said during the tour.
