She worked as a substitute teacher and was employed for many years at  Hartselle Doctor’s Clinic. As an avid cook, she was especially known for her breads and desserts. She loved flowers and the outdoors and mowed her own grass until a few months before her death. She spent precious family time on yearly trips to the beach and mountains. The family is extremely grateful for the loving care of Comfort Hospice and Susan Brooks, RN.
