Johnathon ‘Todd’ McSpadden

Funeral for Johnathon “Todd” McSpadden, 34, will be Sat., Feb. 4, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ralph Snowden officiating.

Burial will be in Valhermoso Springs Cemetery.

Visitation will be Sat., Feb. 4, from 1-3 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. McSpadden died on Thur., Feb. 2, 2012 at his residence. He was born Dec. 3, 1977, in Morgan County to John William McSpadden and Rose Marie (Henderson) Chunn. Todd was a graduate of Brewer High School, Class of 1996. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joe and Lucille McSpadden, Hammond Henderson and Paul and Mary Belle Chunn.

In Lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Alacare Hospice. The family would also like to extend a special thanks to Becky Johnson, RN, and to all of Todd’s doctors.

He is survived by his parents, John William McSpadden and Rose and Jimmie Chunn, all of Valhermoso Springs; a grandmother, Margery Henderson of Hunstville; a stepsister, Samantha Brown of Madison; a niece, McKenzie Brown; a nephew, Landon Brown; and a host of aunts, uncle and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Yogi Guess, Jessie Youngblood, Mike Aldridge, Donald Kirkpatrick, Daniel Kirkpatrick and Waymon Lee Heaps Jr.
