Suspect arrested in Walgreens robbery

Hartselle Police have arrested a man in connection with a Nov. 19 robbery at the Walgreens Pharmacy.

On Tuesday, the Hartselle Police Department arrested Ronald Larkin Earwood, 31, of 1770 County Road 1595 and charged him with robbery first degree.

In a press release, Lt. Justin Barley said that Earwood is the person who allegedly robbed the pharmacy last month.

The suspect was accused of showing a gun and demanding pseudoephedrine. Earwood was developed as a suspect after he allegedly robbed an additional pharmacy in Huntsville over the weekend.

“During this robbery, a witness was able to get a tag number from the vehicle Earwood was driving and that tip helped police in identifying him as the suspect,” Barley said in a press release.

Earwood was booked into the Hartselle Police Department and later transported to the Morgan County Jail. He was being held on a $10,000 bond.
