Funeral for Randall Ray Brown Sr., 59, of Hartselle will be Tues., Nov. 15, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Walter Blackman officiating.

Visitation will be Mon., Nov. 14, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Hartselle City Cemetery.

Mr. Brown died Sat., Nov. 12, 2011, at his residence. He was born July 6, 1952, in Cullman County to Rayburn and Thelma Brown. He was employed with Bunge of Decatur for 36 years and was a member of East Highland Baptist Church.

He and his late wife, Lynn Wilkerson Brown, had two children, a son, Rand Brown and wife Maria of Spring Hill, Tenn.; a daughter, Carrie Brown Carpri and husband Tony of Birmingham. He is also survived by his wife, Leanne Chop Brown of Hartselle; two stepsons, Steven Chop and Joshua Chop, both of Hartselle; his mother, a sister, Marye Howse of Cullman; and four grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of the Valley or the East Highland Baptist Church Building Fund.
