Frontier Days end Saturday

The annual Eva Frontier Days will conclude on Saturday.

The fun-filled, family-friendly event, which is sponsored by Eva Art Guild, will feature a community singing at West Side Baptist Church tonight (Thursday) at 7 p.m.

A street dance is planned on Friday at 6 p.m. in the downtown business district.

Events on Saturday will begin at 9 a.m. They will include a street parade at 11 a.m., craft show from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., a baked goods, jams, jellies and preserves contest, live entertainment from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., best dressed contest at 1:30 p.m., pig calling contest at 1:30 p.m., prize drawings at 3:30 p.m., greased pig contest at 4 p.m. and games for all ages. There will also be food vendors and much more.
