Funeral for Roxie Maudean Cagle, 71, of Hartselle was Wed., Sept. 22, at 11 a.m. at Danville Baptist Church with the Rev. Jack Bailey officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Cagle died Sun., Sept. 19, 2010, at her residence. She was born Sept. 7, 1939, in Winston County to Alton Howard Ingle and Mary Flora Henson Ingle. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was an active member of Danville Baptist Church and enjoyed cooking, sewing, reading and spending time with family and friends. Her life was a shining example of the Christ-like unconditional love that she showered on all  she knew and loved and her greatest desire in life was to serve her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and for all her children and grandchildren to put their trust in Him.
She is survived by her husband, Billy Edward Cagle; a son, Rev. Billy H. Cagle of Decatur; two daughters, Cyndi Wydner and husband John of Danville and Andrea Boyd and husband Scott of Hartselle; a brother, Harold Ingle of Ecorse, Mich.; three sisters, Annette Hicks of Haleyville, Claudette Billingsley of Hoover and Linda Holt of Birmingham; and seven grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Cameron Boyd, Connor Boyd, Andrew Cagle, John Cagle, Ben Blankenship and Erik Osborne.
