Funeral for Amy Diane Smallwood, 37, of Hartselle was Saturday, May 23, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Danny Garrison officiating.
Burial was in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
Mrs. Smallwood died Wednesday, May 20, 2009. She was born September 6, 1971, in Morgan County to Jimmie R. and Linda Slaughter. She was employed by Hartselle City School System as a bus driver.
She is survived by her husband, Tim Smallwood; a daughter, Carlee Smallwood; a son, Dylan Smallwood; her parents, Jimmie R. and Linda Slaughter of Hartselle; three brothers, Ronnie Slaughter of Hillsboro, Mike Slaughter of Decatur and Kevin Slaughter of Flint; five nephews; and two nieces.
Pallbearers were Ronnie, Mike, Kevin, Josh, Tyler and Gage Slaughter.
Honorary pallbearer was Dylan Smallwood.
