Funeral for Hallie Marie Butner Holbert, 65, of Hartselle was Wednesday, Aug. 13, at 1:30 p.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Partridge officiating.
Burial was in Cook Cemetery.
Mrs. Holbert died Sunday, Aug. 10, 2008, at Parkway Medical Center. She was born Oct. 2, 1942, in Morgan County to Gene Jones and Ruth Holbert Jones.
She is survived by a son, Joe Shull of Illinois; five daughters, Ashley Butner and Sherry Butner, both of Hartselle, Dana Butner of Falkville, and Cecelia Medlen of Kentucky and Kathy Slaten of Decatur; two brothers, Danny Barnett of Falkville and Gary Wayne Jones of Hartselle; a sister, Judy Barnett of Decatur; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
