Miller seeking Hartselle mayor post
Hartselle businessman Terry Freeman Miller has announced plans to run for mayor. Miller is owner of Miller Motors, located at 403 West Main Street in Hartselle, and has been in business for more than 25 years.
Miller is a 1974 graduate of Morgan County High School and has taken courses in business management.
His family dates back several generations in Hartselle and Morgan County. He is the grandson of William Weaver Brindley and Pearl Adams Brindley and James Wesley Miller and Lettie Harris Miller. He is the youngest of four children born to Freeman Franklin Miller and Betty Brindley Miller.
Miller is married to Penny Young Miller, daughter of Horace and Brenda Young of Decatur.
He has two daughters, Casey Miller Ferguson and Taylor Miller, one stepson, Steven Crowe, a son-in-law, Zach Ferguson and a grandson, Paxton Ferguson.
