Funeral for D.J. Duncan, 83, of Danville was Sunday, May 18, at 1:30 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Joe Williams and Ray Milligan officiating.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mr. Duncan died Thursday, May 15, 2008, at Decatur Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was preceded in death by two sons, Ferman D. Duncan and Ray Duncan; three brothers, Eugene Duncan, Lee Adis Duncan and J.C. Duncan; and a sister, Avis Duncan.
He is survived by his wife, Lucail Duncan of Danville; two daughters, Dorothy Jane Sparks of Decatur and Deborah Joyce Williams of Castor, La.; a brother, Leborne Duncan of Decatur; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley.
