Funeral for Revonia Sue Dutton, 41, of Hartselle was Friday, Apr. 4, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jim Smith officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle Memory Gardens. Mrs. Dutton died Tuesday, Apr. 1, 2008, at her residence. She was born December 19, 1966, in Morgan County to George C.S. Griffin and Linda Sue Greenhall Griffin. She was preceded in death by her mother She was employed at the newspaper in sales and advertising and had worked at the Decatur Daily and Athens News Courier newspapers.
She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Glenn Dutton of Hartselle; her father, George C.S. Griffin of Ridgeway, Va.; two brothers, George “Lynn” Griffin of Tuscaloosa and Charles Dee Griffin of Decatur; a half-brother, C. Wendell Griffin of Forest Hill, Md. and a half-sister, Gay Lyn Griffin of Forest Hill, Md.
Pallbearers were Doug Keel, Joey Jenkins, David Morris, Jeff Chambers, Johnny Chambers and Dalton Jenkins. Honorary pallbearers were Richard Greenhall, Cody Wayne Griffin, Chase Keel, Cody Logan Frey and Dwain Keel.
