Funeral for Sonja Kaye Johnson Bullard, 46, of Decatur was Tuesday, Mar. 4, at 2 p.m. at Enon Baptist Church with Bro. Steve Ledbetter officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.
Mrs. Bullard died Saturday, Mar. 1, 2008, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born June 27, 1961, in Lawrence County.
She was a Baptist, a loving wife and mother and an inspiration to all who knew her. She was an avid lover of quarter horses and loved her family dearly.
She is survived by her husband, Alva Daniel Bullard of Decatur; a son, Brian Daniel Bullard and wife Flora of Hartselle; her parents, Jimmy and Shirley Johnson of Danville; two brothers, Greg Johnson and Phillip Johnson, both of Danville; and two sisters, Rhonda Tanksley and Tena Livingston, both of Danville.
Pallbearers were Loyal Parker, Butch Ledlow, Kenny Johnson, Danny Sanderson, Barry Bullard and Kerry Bullard.
