Funeral for Donald Hugh Hogan, 75, of Danville was Sunday, Mar. 2, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Wayne Penn and Bro. Ronnie Brewer officiating.
Burial was in Friendship Cemetery.
Mr. Hogan died Thursday, Feb. 28, 2008, at Huntsville Hospital. Her was born June 18, 1932, in Morgan County to Floyd Hogan and Ruth Gray Hogan. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and a Mason; He was a construction worker and a former employee of Decatur Police Department and Morgan County Sheriff’s Department. He was preceded in death by a brother, Emmit Floyd Hogan Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Louise Hogan of Danville; two sons, Ronald H. Hogan and wife Patricia of Danville and Gary W. Hogan and wife Lynn of Madison; three brothers, Gerald Hogan of Double Springs, David Terry “Ted” Hogan of Decatur and Charles Gregory Hogan of Meridianville; two sisters, Joyce Moore of Danville and Jo Dickinson of Atlanta, Ga.; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
