Funeral for Jacky H. Brown, 42, of Lacey's Spring was Monday, Aug. 27, at 11 a.m. at Valhermoso Springs Holiness Church with the Rev. Melvin Brown officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.
Mr. Brown died Saturday, Aug. 25, 2007, at Crestwood Medical Center. He was born Aug. 13, 1965, in Hartselle to Dewey H. and Esther Brown. He was employed at C &B Foundry in Lacey's Spring and was preceded in death by his grandparents, Euwin and Thelma Bowers and Mack and Lyda Brown.
He is survived by his parents, Dewey H. and Esther Brown of Lacey's Spring; two sisters, Donna Frazier and Dora Clark, both of Lacey's Spring; three nieces, Jessica Winfrey, Stephanie Clark and Shannon Clark; and two great nephews, Kaleb Winfrey and Kolby Smith. Pallbearers were Johnny King, Shannon Brown, Jeff Lenox, Dudley Winfrey, Danny Selby and Terry Lang.
