Funeral for Willard Thomas Hill, 63, of Decatur was Monday, August 20, at 1 p.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Robert Sparkman officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle City Cemetery. Mr. Hill died Saturday, Aug. 18, 2007, at his residence. He was born October 9, 1943. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Hartselle.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Faye Hill of Decatur; a son, Jeff Hill of Hartselle; a daughter, Connie Stover of Falkville; a brother, John Hill of Toledo, Ohio; and seven grandchildren. Pallbearers were Donald Stover, Tim Barnett, Jared Byrd and Jeff Hill. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, or Gillian Barre Syndrome, GBS/CIDP Foundation, Holly Building, 104 1/2 Forrest Ave., Narbeth, Pa. 19072.
