Carlton C. Buckelew

A graveside service for Carolton C. Buckelew, 71, of Hartselle was Monday, Aug. 20, at 11 a.m. at Mt. Tabor Cemetery with the Rev. Harold Brown officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Buckelew died Friday, Aug. 17, 2007, at NHC Healthcare in Moulton. He was born Feb. 29, 1936, in Morgan County to Ellis C. Buckelew and Ima Penn Buckelew. He was retired from Saginaw/Delphi where he worked as a tool die maker. He was a member of New Center Baptist Church and a former member of the Alabama National Guard. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bette Yeager Buckelew.
He is survived by three sons, Rick Buckelew, Ellis K. Buckelew and Terry Buckelew, all of Hartselle; a brother, David A. Buckelew of Brownsboro; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Bo Doss, Johnny Buckelew, Wayne Green, Ryan Campbell, Dustin Buckelew and Brandon Buckelew.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley.
