Mabrey, Eubanks wed June 2
Melanie Elizabeth Mabrey of Hartselle and Benjamin Kristopher Eubanks of Hartselle were wed on June 2, 2007, at 4 p.m. at Fairview Church of God. Dr. Milan Dekich officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Tim and Barbara Mabrey of Hartselle. The groom is the son of Brian and Sue Eubanks of Falkville.
The altar was decorated with Angel Wing candelabras that featured tear-drop globes with floating candles. White tulle bows were tied onto the candelabras. Ferns and a large arrangement of red roses and white calla lilies also adorned the altar. The aisle was decorated with aisle markers that also had the tear-drop globes with floating candles.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a strapless satin gown accented with an apple red sash at the waist. Her veil was adorned with apple red flower accents and trim. Her tiara featured crystals of apple red and white. She carried a bouquet of red roses and white calla lilies.
Renae Aldridge of Decatur was the matron of honor. Bridal attendants were Leslie Putman and Ashley Kobel, sisters of the bride, both of Hartselle, Sara Durante of Decatur, Elizabeth Cantrell of Hazel Green and Rachel Eubanks of Harvest, sister-in-law of the groom.
Attendants wore white satin tops with apple red sashes and A-line apple red skirts.
They carried a smaller bouquet of red roses and white calla lilies.
Kaitlin Kobel of Hartselle, niece of the bride, was the flower girl.
Ty Putman of Hartselle, nephew of the bride, was the ring bearer.
The best man was Andrew Hedden of Hartselle.
Groomsmen were Brandon Eubanks of Harvest, brother of the groom, Brad Eubanks and Barrett Eubanks both of Falkville, brothers of the groom, Todd Raines of Decatur and Corey Farmer of Hartselle.
Ushers were Barry Putman and Eric Kobel both of Hartselle, brother-in-laws of the bride.
The pianist was Monica Higginbotham of Hartselle. David Pressley of Hartselle, cousin of the groom, was a vocalist.
A reception was held at the church following the ceremony.
The bride's table was surrounded by a white arbor that was wrapped with clear white lights and white tulle. The table featured a wedding cake which had smooth butter cream icing and lace designs. It was topped with a silver monogrammed "E".
The groom's table featured Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes and was decorated with greenery and items that reflected his hobbies of running and biking.
Bethany Clemmons served as the wedding director. Assisting with the reception was Sherry Sandlin, aunt of the bride, who planned the reception. Assisting her were Linda Wright, Cindy Sandlin and Theresa Sandlin, aunts of the bride; Tracie Randall, Meaghan Mitchell, Jennifer Eddy and Marne Rodrigues, cousins of the bride; Melody Nutt, cousin of the groom; Sarah Holmes, Christal Dekich and Melissa Johnson.
After a honeymoon cruise to the Western Caribbean, the couple will reside in Hartselle.
A rehearsal dinner was held at Logan's Roadhouse. The groom's parents hosted the event.

Moore, Lindsey wed in Destin
Allison Brooke Moore of Decatur and Justin Blake Lindsey of Hartselle were married June 9, 2007, at 6 p.m. in Destin, Fla. The wedding was performed by Wilkes Robinson.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman T. Moore Jr. of Decatur and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph S. Caracappa of Destin, Fla.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dexter Lindsey and Kathy Lindsey, all of Hartselle.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a candlelight satin pick-up ball-gown with strapless champagne cuff neckline and a lace-up back tied with champagne satin ribbon and a sweep train. Her two-tier fingertip veil featured champagne ribbon edging.
She carried a bouquet of ivory miniature calla lilies accented with lime green berries and palm leaves, hand-tied with ivory satin ribbon.
Kelly Southward, the bride's sister, of Decatur, was matron of honor. She wore a latte floor length satin ball gown with halter neckline and pick-up detail along the back and carried a bouquet of three calla lilies accented with palm leaves and hand-tied with an ivory satin ribbon
Bridesmaids were Niki Miller of Birmingham, Amy Dial of Hartselle and Erica Stewart of Hartselle. They wore floor length satin strapless ball gown in latte with an ivory sash and carried a bouquet of two calla lilies accented with palm leaves and hand-tied with an ivory satin ribbon.
Emma Lindsey, the groom's niece, of Hartselle, was flower girl. Calvin Lindsey, the groom's nephew, of Hartselle was ring bearer.
Best man was Jeremy Stewart of Hartselle. Groomsmen wereShane Lindsey of Hartselle, Aaron Ornburn of Mt. Carmel, Ill., and Brad Murphy of Hartselle.
A reception was held at the home of John and Marilyn Kennedy in Destin, Fla. Assisting with the reception were Betty Ball, bride's aunt; Christie York and Dana Harvey, bride's cousins; Paula Lubert and Dorothy Robinson, friends of bride's family
Attending the guest register were Carly and Darian Southward, the bride's nieces.
After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple is residing in Hartselle.

McNalley, Lamp wed June 20
Whitney Paige McNalley of Decatur and Stuart Andrew Lamp of Decatur were wed on June 20, 2007 at 10 a.m. at Delano Park Rose Garden. Rev. Rob Bailey officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ricky Owens McNalley of Decatur. The groom is the son of Donna M. Lamp of Decatur and Jack Steven Lamp.
The couple was married in a garden setting. The roses, hydrangeas and hybrid lilies surrounding the garden were all in full bloom.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a gown of pearl rose slipper satin with an overlay of embroidered silk organza. The gown's focal interest was the intricate cutwork of the satin, giving the fabric the look of entwined embroidery ribbon. The elongated waist flowed to an A-line skirt, which swept to a chapel train. A delicate pattern of silver beads and pearls enhanced the ribbon pattern of the gown.
Her veil of imported French tulle was edged with multi-faceted crystals and held by a matching bridal bandeau. She carried a bouquet of white roses, Queen Anne's lace and rosemary.
Andrea McNalley Gerwin of Birmingham, the sister of the bride, was the matron of honor.
Sophie Kathry McNalley of Decatur, the sister of the bride, was the maid of honor.
The bridesmaids wore strapless azalea pink knee length dresses featuring a tulip style hemline gathering in the front with a large Nippon bow. The bridesmaids carried hand tied bouquets of tulips and roses.
Sarah Laine Kulhlman of Decatur was the flower girl.
Jack Steven Lamp, the father of the groom, was the best man.
Joel S. Lamp, the brother of the groom, was the groomsman.
Kris Olin of Trinity, a trumpeter, provided music. Becky Knight of Auburn provided guitar music and vocals.
A wedding brunch was hosted by the Lamp family following the wedding. At 7:00 p.m. the bride's family hosted a reception for family and friends at the Decatur Country Club.
The bride's table featured a 6 tiered wedding cake which was ivory edged with white frosted handmade roses. The cake was adorned with a family heirloom cake topper handed down through 3 generations.
The groom's table featured a chocolate cake adorned with a cake topper of a couple with the groom and his bicycle. The cake also featured the groom's monogram.
Bridal book attendant was Kate Whatley Gilchrist.
After a honeymoon trip to Myrtle Beach, SC, the couple will reside in Decatur.
A rehearsal cookout was held at Delano Park. Donna Lamp and Steve Lamp hosted the event.

Amanda LeAnn Moore of Trinity and Garland Dwayne Roper Jr. of Decatur were wed June 23, 2007, at 6 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Hartselle.
Rev. Virgil Bohn officiated the service.
The bride is the daughter of Keith and Beverly Moore of Trinity. The groom is the son of Jerry and Terry Boyd of Decatur and Garland Roper Sr. of Hartselle.
The bride was escorted by her father. She wore an Oleg Cassini designer gown of duchess satin in a ballgown style. The dress featured metallic embroidered beading on the bodice with a box pleated skirt featuring an embellished hem and cathedral train. A tiara held her two-tiered fingertip veil with embroidered beading and pearls with a metallic edged veil.
She carried a bouquet of pink and white rises with lilies and astermarias.
Samantha Moore of Trinity, the bride's sister, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Katie Liles of Decatur and Erica Hubbard of Decatur. Flowergirl was Isabella Stephenson of Decatur.
Don Garrison of Falkville was best man. Groomsmen were Matt Roper of Decatur, the groom's brother and Noah Boyd of Decatur, the groom's brother.
Ringbearer was Logan Cannon of Trinity.
Musician and vocalist was Ann Hodges of Trinity.
Directors were Becky Burt of Decatur and Eileen Hurt of Decatur.
The reception was held at Steele's Karaoke and Event Center in Hartselle.
Assisting at the reception were Phillip and Debbie Steele, Glen and Regina Gertsman, McKenzie Gertsman, Savannah Watson, Paula Compton and Jamie Howard.
Marina Prater of Trinity kept the bride's book. Following a wedding trip to couple is at home in Decatur.

Kenneth and Dale Ball of Vinemont announce the engagement of their daughter, Britney Ball of Vinemont to Chip Perry of Hartselle, son of Harry and Becky Perry of Hartselle.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Lida Woodall and the late Robert Woodall of Hartselle and Bennie and Freda Johnson and the late Melvin Ball of Vinemont. She is a 2004 graduate of West Point High School.
She is employed as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Rite-Aid Pharmacy.
The future groom is the grandson of Lois Vest and the late James Vest of Hartselle and Reba Perry and the late Henry Perry of Somerville.
He is a 1997 graduate of Hartselle High School and a 2002 graduate of Wallace State Community College, where he received a degree in heating and air conditioning. He is employed at Toyota Motor Manufacture in Huntsville.
The wedding is planned for Sept. 1 at 5 p.m. at Son Rise Baptist Church in Hartselle.
