Auxiliary supports vets through poppy sales

Each year around Memorial Day, the American Legion Auxiliary distributes millions of red crepe paper poppies in exchange for financial support to assist disabled and hospitalized local veterans. The local American Legion Auxiliary will have Poppy Days May 18-19.
The poppies are worn to honor all those who have served and died for our country. See any American Legion Auxiliary member to purchase your poppy.
