Botanical garden hosting annual Spring Festival

The Huntsville Botanical Garden will once again come alive for the growing season in a spectacular show of colors, aromas and sights. Tulips, daffodils, azaleas, wildflowers, dogwoods and more will all be in full bloom during this exciting and fun festival. Presented this year by Redstone Federal Credit Union, the Spring Festival of Flowers is among the Top 20 Tourist Attractions in the Southeast.
The Festival runs from March 31 through the end of April. Exhibits and events include:
Grand Opening of the nation’s largest trillium garden - April 1
Wildflower week - March 31 -April 8
Wildflower Photography Workshop - April 7
Garden Chats - weekdays at noon throughout the festival
Garden Guild Plant Sale - April 13-15
Parisian Spring Festival of Fashion - April 25
Bonsai Show and grand opening of the Ishii Bonsai Display Garden - April 28-29
Nature Center and Butterfly House Season Opening - April 28-29
