Funeral for Larry Don Smith, 47, of Trinity was Sunday, Feb. 11 at 11:30 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Robert Stofel officiating.
Burial was in Bell Springs Cemetery.
Mr. Smith died Thursday, Feb. 8, 2007, at his residence. He was born July 30, 1959, in Morgan County to Herbert and Shirley Smith. He was a 1977 graduate of Falkville High School. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and a big Alabama fan. He was preceded in death by a brother, Stephen Smith; and grandparents, O’Neal and Virgie Downs and Tip and Myrtle Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Smith of Trinity; a daughter, Amy Earls and husband Noah of Decatur; his parents, Herbert and Shirley Smith of Eva; a brother, David Smith of Eva; a sister, Lynn Long and husband Andy of Eva; three nephews, Drew Long, Jessie Long and Logan Smith; and a niece, Jenna Smith.
Pallbearers were Carlton Sharp, Mike Looney, Ray Smith, Delwin Milligan, Chris Hutto and Dusty Vest.
