Funeral for Louise Lindley, 61, of Falkville was Wednesday, Feb. 7, at 1 p.m. at Falkville Church of God with Bishop Ray Bennett officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Center Springs Cemetery.
Mrs. Lindley died Monday, Feb. 5, 2007, at her residence. She was born May 6, 1945, in Morgan County to Henry William Suggs and Bessie Tidwell Suggs. She was a member of Falkville Church of God and was preceded in death by a son, Edward Champion and a daughter, Elizabeth Champion.
She is survived by her husband, O.D. Lindley of Falkville; two sons, Robert Champion of Falkville and Michael Lindley of Tennessee; and five daughters, Elaine Whitt of Athens, Geneva Mendez and Cathy Champion, both of Falkville and Tammy Lindley and DeDe Lindley, both of Virginia; two brothers, Roy Suggs of Somerville and Henry Suggs of Hartselle; three sisters, Hazel Atchley, Betty Champion and Martha Powers, all of Hartselle; and 23 grandchildren.
