Funeral for Wilma Criscoe Allen, 77, of Somerville was Friday, December 22, at 1 p.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Eldridge Criscoe officiating.
Burial was in Shiloh Cemetery.
Mrs. Allen died Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2006, at her residence. She was born May 27, 1929, in Morgan County to Gilbert J. Criscoe and Nell Baker Criscoe. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church where she served as church secretary for 20 years. She was preceded in death by a son, Terry Allen and two brothers, James Criscoe and Albert Criscoe.
She is survived by her husband, Howard W. Allen of Somerville; two sons, Danny Allen of Somerville and Jeff Allen of Simpsonville, S.C.; a daughter, Kathy Hill of Eva; a sister, Elsie Hendrix of Union Grove; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
