Funeral for Larry Kenneth Quinn Sr., 73, of Orlando, Fla. will be Saturday, August 19, at 3:30 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bros. G.W. Atchley and Wayne Walls officiating. Visitation will be on Friday, August 18, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery at Lacey’s Spring.
Mr. Quinn died Saturday, August 5, 2006, at his residence. He was born October 22, 1932, in Jefferson County to Huel W. Quinn and Dessie Lucy Vines Quinn. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and a sister.
He is survived by his wife, Daisy A. Quinn of Orlando; a son, Larry Kenneth Quinn Jr. and wife Sheryl of Orlando; a daughter, Sharon (Quinn) Pennington and husband Mike of Hartselle; a sister, Doris Brashen of Birmingham; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Larry Turner, Jason Turner, Jerry Pennington Jr. and James Morrow.
