Funeral for Rebecca (Becky) Joyce Brewer Ratliff, 47, of Hartselle was Wednesday, Mar. 29, at 11 a.m. at Cedar Creek Freewill Baptist Church with the Revs. Buddy Champion and Brian Bridges officiating.
Burial was in the adjoining cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Ratliff died Saturday, Mar. 25, 2006, at Bibb County Hospital. She was born July 21, 1958, in Morgan County to Benton Brewer and Joyce Wright Brewer. She was a member of Cedar Creek Freewill Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her father.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Ratliff of Hartselle; two daughters, Christie Shea Gibson of Decatur and Melissa Constante of Morgantown, WV; four stepdaughters, Brandi Ratliff, Brittaney Ratliff, Brooke Ratliff and Bridgett Ratliff, all of Decatur; her mother, Joyce (Wright) Brewer of Decatur; two brothers, Jimmy Brewer of Hartselle and Benjie Brewer of Decatur; two sisters, Judy St. Clair of Decatur and Lisa Adama of Hartselle; and two grandchildren, Shiloh and Kaitlin Smith, both of Decatur.
Pallbearers were Buddy Brewer, Rickey St. Clair Jr., Jerry Wright, Joe Royster, Leo Miller and Jason Hall.
Honorary pallbearers were Mike Constante, Chris Gibson, Rickey St. Clair Sr., Jack Ferguson, Michael Thompson and Cody Adams.
