Funeral for Ola Mae Lenox, 75, of Valhermoso Springs was Tuesday, Jan. 24, at 11 a.m. at Valhermoso Springs Holiness Church with the Revs. Melvin Brown and Don Trosper officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial was in Valhermoso Springs Holiness Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Lenox died Saturday, Jan. 21, 2006, at her residence. She was born March 12, 1930, in Morgan County to Charlie C. Wilson and Edna Mae Brazer Wilson. She was a homemaker and a member of Valhermoso Springs Holiness Church. Mrs. Lenox was preceded in death by her husband, John Francis Lenox and her daughter, Doris Ann Lenox
She is survived by three daughters, Ruth Ann Middleton and husband Clint of Somerville, Judy Carol Lenox and Karen Darleen Lenox, both of Valhermoso Springs; a brother, Walter Wilson of Valhermoso Springs; a sister, Dollie Lawrence of Morgan City; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Pallbearers were nephews.
