Girl Scouts host pet fair
Editor,
Hartselle Girl Scout Troop 191 will be holding a Pet Fair to help them earn their Bronze award.
The purpose of hosting this event is to have some community awareness and show our love of pets of all kinds. The event will be held Saturday, June 18 in the Crestwood Shopping Center in front of Domino's Pizza from 1 to 3 p.m.
This event should be lots of fun. There will be local vets on hand to give friendly and helpful advice, a contest to see who has the best pet, and a chance to buy some great homemade treats and toys for your animals. Animal Friends of the Humane Society will be on hand to help you find the right pet for you and maybe even adopt a pet.
Come by and join all the fun. Help out the Girl Scouts and your community.
