Funeral for Charles O. "Toby" West, 71, of Lacey's Spring, was Friday, April 1, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Melvin Brown officiating.
Burial was in Pine Grove Cemetery.
Mr. West died Wednesday, March 30, 2005, at his residence. He was born March 21, 1934 in Morgan County to William Owen West and Edna Olene Lang West.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Esther West of Lacey's Spring; one son, Danny West of Lacey's Spring; one daughter, Elizabeth Thompson of Lacey's Spring; four sisters, Eva White of Decatur and Edith Ledbetter, Esther Atchley and Linda Jones, all of Lacey's Spring; three grandchildren; and one step-grandchild.
Pallbearers were Kevin Atchley, Rickey Atchley, Darryl Chunn, Mike Ledbetter, Al Thompson and Chris West.
