Funeral for Bessie Lea Parker Twelkemeier, 93, of Falkville, will be Thursday, Feb. 17, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charles Forman officiating.
Burial will be in Falkville City Cemetery.
Mrs. Twelkemeier died Monday, Feb. 14, 2005, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born Feb. 23, 1911, in Missouri to Levi Kellis Parker and Lilly May Harper Parker.
She is survived by two sons, Walter Twelkemeier and wife Susan of Hartselle and Gary L. Twelkemeier and wife Fran of Marietta, Ga.; one daughter, Rebecca Sue Kuhn and husband Gary of Palmyra, Va.; eight grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be grandsons W. Alan Twelkemeier, Stephen M. Twelkemeier, Gary L. Twelkemeier, William "Bill" Faulkner, David Faulkner and Rebeka Newman.
