Funeral for Dorothy Hall, 68, of Decatur was Tuesday, Feb. 8, at 2 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dr. G. Douglas Ripley, the Rev. Billy Burge, and Benny Sivley officiating.
Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Hall died Saturday, Feb. 5, 2005, at her residence. She and her husband married Nov. 2, 1956. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Hall was a member of Decatur Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, James Orvil Hall of Decatur; one son, James Kevin Hall and wife Wendy of Hartselle; one daughter, Cindy Hall Burge and husband William of Tishomingo, Miss.; three brothers, Ralph Johnson of Moulton, Johnny Johnson of Trinity and Wayne Johnson of Decatur; five sisters, Frances Jones of Crown Point, Ind., Gertie Nicholson of Hartselle, Bonnie Hamilton of Rogersville, Betty Morgan of Moulton and Linda Davis of Danville; five grandchildren, Bryan Burge, Brandon Burge and Beth Burge, all of Tishomingo, Miss. and Blake Hall and Blair Hall, both of Hartselle.
Pallbearers were Bryan Burge, Brandon Burge, Blake Hall, Blair Hall, Ralph Johnson, Larry Davis, Floyd Morgan, Clinton Nicholson and Wayne Johnson.
