A graveside service for Rex L. Holladay, 31, of Hartselle was Tuesday, Dec. 7, at 11 a.m. at Johnson Chapel Cemetery with Chris Martin and Jack Bailey officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Holladay died Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2004, in Decatur. He was born Sept. 14, 1973, in Morgan County. He was a 1991 graduate of Danville High School, and attended UNA and UAH. He was a Computer Tech at L.G. Electronics. He was a member of Walden Chapel Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Kelly Suzanne Holladay of Hartselle; two sons, Christian Bryant Holladay and Carson Grant Holladay, both of Hartselle; his parents, Kenny M. Holladay and Jean Holladay of Danville, and Marisa Johnson and Cecil Johnson of Hartselle; two brothers, Kenny M. Holladay II of Falkville and Aaron Bradley Holladay of Washington; and his grandmother, Ona C. Holladay of Danville.
Pallbearers were Tim Holladay, Greg Holladay, Randy Hampton, Steven Vest, Brandon Standridge, Tommy Payne, Bill Parmley, and Brian Thorn.
