Funeral for John D. Kilpatrick, 81, of Hartselle was Wednesday, Nov. 3, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Grad Tanner officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle Memory Gardens.
Mr. Kilpatrick died Monday, Nov. 1, 2004, at his residence. He was born Feb. 26, 1923, in Morgan County to George Buell Kilpatrick and Eloise Matilda Singleton Kilpatrick. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Hartselle. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cleo Looney Kilpatrick; and a son, John Perry Kilpatrick.
He is survived by three sons, Jack Bradley Kilpatrick, Lyle Reed Kilpatrick and Lynn Davis Kilpatrick; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were grandchildren and nephews.
