Funeral for Martha Romain Trosper, 84, formerly of Elkhart, Ind., was Sunday, Oct. 24, at 2 p.m. at Valhermoso Springs Holiness Church with the Rev. Melvin Brown officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Valhermoso Holiness Cemetery.
Mrs. Trosper died Thursday, Oct. 21, 2004, at her residence. She was born March 23, 1920, in Elkhart, Ind., to Wilda Harry "Jack" Sayger and Mary Cox Sayger. She attended Valhermoso Springs Holiness Church. She had served as senior hostess at Boling Laser Center in Elkhart. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Trosper; her sister, Rosemary; and a great-grandson, Cameron.
She is survived by two sons, Donald Ray Trosper of Valhermoso Springs and Ronald K. Trosper of Elkhart, Ind.; one daughter, Mary Larraine Truman of Mount Nebo, W. Va.; 17 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Michael Trosper, Leon Ransom, James Trosper, Ronald Trosper Jr., Rodney Truman and Scott Truman.
