Funeral for Nannie Johnson Campbell, 87, of Hartselle was Friday, Jan. 30, 2004, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Harold Thompson officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Campbell died Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2004, at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born Jan. 12, 1917, in Morgan County to Lee Johnson and Ida Dixie Hendon Johnson. She was a lifelong member of First United Methodist Church in Hartselle and was retired from the Hartselle Enquirer where she worked as a receptionist.
She is survived by one son, Frank Mangum and wife Ann of Hartselle; one brother, John Paul Johnson and wife Katherine of Hartselle; one stepson, James Richard Campbell of Lacon; one stepdaughter, Pat Shelton of Lacon; one stepdaughter-in-law, Marie Campbell of Decatur; four sisters-in-law, Mildred Johnson, Sue Johnson, Mary Johnson and Shirley Johnson; seven grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were family and friends.
