Funeral for Lottie Quinn McCullough, 89, of Hartselle was Monday, Oct. 13, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Brooks Barkley officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle City Cemetery.
Mrs. McCullough died Saturday, Oct. 11, 2003, at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born August 24, 1914, in Morgan County to the Rev. R. L. Quinn and Rachel Drucilla Harris Quinn. Her father was the pastor of First Baptist Church of Hartselle from 1910 until 1918. She graduated as Valedictorian of her class at Morgan County High School and later graduated from Draughon's Business College. A lifelong resident of Hartselle, she owned and operated McCullough's Flower Shop from 1948 to 1962. She was the devoted wife of Paul McCullough for 62 years until his death in 2001, loving mother to Kay and Paul, Jr. (Mac), a florist and artist.
She is survived by her son, Paul P. "Mac" McCullough Jr. of Nashville, Tenn.; her daughter, Kay McCullough Blackburn, of Nashville, Tenn.; her brother, Robert L. Quinn of Knoxville, Tenn.; her sister, Virginia Glasscock Hansen of Matthews, N.C.; three grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Charles Quinn, Kent Quinn, James Dimick, Brian Brons, Robert Clemons, Charles Smith, Robert Stephenson and Joe Howell.
