A's take American, Mets win National in 7 and 8 division

The champions of the 7 and 8-year old division in the American League were the Hartselle A's, while the Mets took National League honors.
Team members for the A's, who finished the season at 14-2, were Dillon Campbell, Justin Dozier, Hunter Grantland, Carter Harrison, Austin Jones, Caleb Lewis, Andrew Maschke, Graham McHugh, Ty Sandlin, Connor Shelton, E.J. Turner and Campbell Wilson. The team is managed by Les Jones.
The Mets finished their season with a 12-4 record. Team members were Joseph Davenport, Dillon Durand, Justin Gault, Waid Miller, Ben Paulsen, Tyler Phillips, Garcia Powell, Joshua Rhodes, Tucker Seal, Phillip Summerford, Prestyn Wallace and Riley Wiggins. The team was managed by Shane Wiggins.
All-Stars announced for Americans, Nationals…
The American and National League All-Stars were announced last week.
For the American League, All-Star performers were Dillon Campbell, Quintin Dupper, Garrett Fowler, Zane Hamlett, Alston Howard, Austin Jones, Tillman Landers, Jamison Maxwell, Jorden Robinson, Conner Shelton, Levi Tapscott, E.J. Turner and Nicholas Walls.
Les Jones was named Manager of the Year, while the All-Star coaches were Jeff Howard, Mike Landers and James Maxwell.
On the National League side, team members were Tom Chapman, Easton Chenault, Thomas Fleischman, Alec Holloway, Talyn Hopper, Brandon Long, Tyler Phillips, Seth Ramey, Phillip Summerford, Brady Wallace, Prestyn Wallace, Riley Wiggins and Joe Yeager.
The Manager of the Year was Shane Wiggins, while Brian Wallace, Mickey Wallace and Danny Yocom were named the All-Star coaches.
