Cole, Couey to wed April 26
Norman and Roberta Harris of Gold Orchard Beach, Maine, and Randall Parks Cole of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Roberta "Robyn" Cole of Somerville, to Bradley Michael Couey, son of Michael and Toni Couey of Somerville.
The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of A.P. Brewer High School and is currently employed by Jack's in Somerville. She is the granddaughter of the late Virginia Travis of Athens and the late Gertrude Green of Chattanooga.
The groom-elect is a 2002 graduate of A.P. Brewer High School and is currently employed at Copeland Corporation in Hartselle. He is the grandson of Milton and Willie Mae Sharp of Somerville, Lazelle Couey of Hartselle, and A.V. and Pat Couey of Athens.
The wedding will be held April 26 at Shiloh Baptist Church in Somerville.
McGee, Peebles to wed May 2
Mr. Dale McGee and Ms. Wanda McGee of Vernon announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley McGee, to Charles Daniel Peebles, son of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Peebles of Priceville and Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Hope of Hanceville.
The bride-elect is a senior at Faulkner University majoring in sports management. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. John McGee of Vernon, Mrs. Margie Ridgeway and the late Clyde Ridgeway of Reform.
The groom-elect is a senior at Faulkner University majoring in computer information systems and is an officer in the Air Force R.O.T.C.
He will graduate in May 2004 and be commissioned into the Air Force.
He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Badgett of Hartselle and Christine Hope of Cullman.
The wedding will be held on May 2 at the Chapel in the Glen in Gatlinburg.
