Through Dec. 31
The Galaxy of Lights continues at the Huntsville Botanical Lights Nov. 28 -Dec. 31 from 5:30-9 p.m. daily.
At the event, guests drive through a holiday light extravaganza, featuring animated nursery rhymes, a holiday village, dinosaurs, wild animals and garden scenes.
Admission is $10 per car with $1 off for a donation of canned goods, a coat, Toys for Tots item, child's book, paper goods or pet food. For more information, call 430-3572.
Dec. 5-15
The University of North Alabama's Alumni Association and Friends of the University will sponsor the Festival of Trees Dec. 5-15 in Coby Hall on the UNA campus.
Hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. daily except for Sunday, which will be 1-5 p.m. Cost is $5 per person.
Dec. 15
Christmas Open House at Ivy Green, the home of Alabama native Helen Keller, is set for Dec. 15 from 1-5 p.m. The house will be decorated by the Helen Keller Club. Admission is free.
